Pacific Cycle/La Chaise Chairs - Returns can be made within 20 days of purchase. An RA # will be issued and must be added to the outside of the box for a refund. Returns must be in new condition, complete in the original box, instructions, warranty info. etc...If item is returned which is not complete a restocking fee/re-boxing fee will be charged to your account. If packages are refused by customers after placing an order then customer will be charged the shipping. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges on purchases and returns. RA # are valid for (10) days after being issued. Damaged boxes during shipping will be investigated with the manufacturer and shipping company. Please keep all materials involved for inspection for (21) days. If it is determined damage was caused by shipping, then a replacement product will be shipped. We are not responsible for items damaged during shipping. La Chaise Chairs come with a limited warranty - covers defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of original purchase. Not covered by warranty: Damage from abuse, damage from ordinary wear & tear, items broken by accident, installation, repair, maintenance or disassembly costs. Paint damage, rust damage, neglect theft, shipping, buyer remorse. Please call 800.242.6110 for warranty issues. Beach Umbrellas: No returns on used products – 30% restocking charge after 15 days – accept returns before 15 days, but customer pays return freight.
